Question:
We have a gasoline station, and sometimes there are cars that bring intoxicant that would like to refill their fuel at it. Is it permissible for us to serve them and sell them the fuel?
Answer:
إن كنتِ مخيرةً لا تزوديها و لا تعينيها على الإثم و العدوان و إن كنت مجبرةً فإنا لله و إنا اليه راجعون
If you are able to choose, then you shouldn’t give them the fuel because it will be similar to helping each other in committing sins and trespassing.
But if you are forced to serve them, then this is a trial for you, thus we could only say, inna lillahi wainna ilaihi rajiun.
